Welcome to the Neurosurgery Department at Lariboisière Hospital in Paris.
The neurosurgery department is a reference center for adult neurosurgery, comprising 14 neurosurgeons, 2 neurologists, and 9 residents. It provides specialized care for conditions of the brain, skull base, vascular system, pituitary gland, peripheral nerves, and spine. In 2024, the acquisition of ZAP-X radiosurgery technology, in partnership with Saint-Louis Hospital and the Hartmann Institute of Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery, has strengthened the excellence and innovation of our care offerings.

The department is strongly committed to research and education within Université Paris Cité and through nationally and internationally recognized training programs.
It coordinates the NeuroDM clinical investigation network, dedicated to the development of innovative devices, in partnership with Beaujon Hospital and Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild
Neurosurgery outpatient consultations
Neurosurgery outpatient consultations are located in yellow sector, door 10, ground floor. Consultations take place daily from Monday to Friday.
Appointments can be made by telephone on 01 49 95 81 69 or online. If the line is busy, you can contact the doctors’ secretariats directly.
The department handles neurosurgical emergencies for Paris and the Île de France region 24/7. For a neurosurgical emergency, contact SAMU 15, who will provide care and direct you, if necessary, to an on-call service provided by six AP-HP hospitals and Sainte-Anne Hospital.
