It can sometimes be proposed as an alternative to a procedure. It is preferentially proposed for small or medium lesions.<br\/><br\/>A simplified care pathway<br\/>In 2025, with the installation of a ZAP-X on the Lariboisi\u00e8re site, the range of therapeutic tools available to the neurosurgery teams at both H\u00f4pital Lariboisi\u00e8re and H\u00f4pital Beaujon will complete the offer of this center of excellence and contribute to simplifying care paths. The expertise of neurosurgeons from the Lariboisi\u00e8re and Beaujon hospitals and radiotherapists from the Institut de Radioth\u00e9rapie Hartmann and H\u00f4pital Saint Louis will be pooled on a single site around a single innovative project.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The latest-generation particle gas pedal is self-shielded and delivers radiation under gyroscopic conditions, and will be operated by qualified radiation oncology specialists.
