The most common symptoms are:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Headaches<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Endocrine dysfunctions linked to a defect in hormone secretion by the pituitary<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Vision problems\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">B. If the tumor compresses the pituitary gland or the pituitary stalk, it can cause the following effects:<\/span><\/p><p><b>Fatigue, Depressive syndrome<\/b><\/p><p><b>Impairment of gonadotropic function (FSH and LH Hormones)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Loss of normal menstrual function (amenorrhea)<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Loss of sexual desire (libido disorder)<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Delayed puberty in children<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Impairment of thyrotrophic function (TSH Hormone)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Increased sensitivity to cold,<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Constipation,<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Dry skin<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Impairment of corticotropic function (ACTH Hormone)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Nausea, vomiting<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Abdominal pain<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Low blood pressure<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Impairment of somatotropic function (GH Hormone)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Growth retardation in children<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Impairment of lactotropic function (Prolactin Hormone)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Bilateral milky discharge from the breasts (galactorrhea)<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Impairment of the posterior pituitary (Desmopressin Hormone)<\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Diabetes insipidus: excessive thirst, excessive urination\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">C. If the tumor compresses the optic nerve or the chiasm, it can cause the following effects:<\/span><\/p><p><b>Blurred vision<\/b><\/p><p><b>Decreased visual field<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">D.
